Luca Ștefan Ouatu (n. 09.02.2000) is a first-year student in Electrical Engineering. He won several prizes, making his debut in Steaua magazine. He was invited to read at various festivals and/or book clubs, such as FILIT, FIPB, Nepotu’ Lui Thoreau, and Blecher Institute.

He also participated in several workshops and creative writing camps (Super, Săvârșin, Licart 18). Some of his works are already published online (D-LITE, O mie de semne).
